Wafer Technology is a unique fibre with a ‘honey comb’ structure. A patented technology, the inside of the fiber is exploded to create a capillary action which transfers sweat from the skin to the fabric surface quickly and efficiently. It is also bio-based, which makes it more sustainable for the environment compared to other stretch jeans.

JEANS WHICH DECOMPOSE NATURALLY IN THE ENVIRONMENT

Wafer Tech Denim is made with bio-based ingredients (instead of petrochemcials) which can be fully degraded in the natural environment within 5 years. This feature doesn’t effect durability whilst being worn or washed.

MADE WITH MORE SUSTAINABLE RESOURCES

For our Wafer Tech Jeans, we tried to limit the usage of resources consumed during manufacture:

• Lowered usage of metal rivets by over 50%, using reinforced stitching instead
• Leather patch replaced with more sustainable option
• Plant based bio-degradable packaging used for this style, instead of plastic poly bags
