Please note we’re unable to make any changes to your shipping information once the order has been placed.

UK Shipping (2-5 Working Days) – Free

All shipping, including returns and exchanges, is free for UK customers. Sent via Royal Mail (48hr tracked parcel service) from our fulfilment centre in the UK.

Express UK Shipping (Next working day, must order before 12pm) – £2.99

Sent via Royal Mail Express (next working day, tracked parcel service) from our fulfilment centre in the UK.

USA Shipping (5-16 Working Days) – Free

All shipping is free for US customers. Sent via Royal Mail from our fulfilment centre in the UK. Please be patient with deliveries, as they are not a 1-2 day service. 

At this time we do not offer free returns and exchanges from the USA.

International Shipping (5-21 Working Days) – Free

All International orders will be sent via standard rates. Delivery times shall differ from country to country depending on the efficiency of your local service.

At this time we do not offer free returns and exchanges from the rest of the world. 

Customers Outside The UK (USA, Europe and rest of the World)

Our products are shipped from the UK. Please be aware that any duties or taxes your country of residence charges during transit are your responsibility – you can work out an estimation here.

European Customers – Post Brexit 

Our products are shipped from the UK. Many countries have started to charge duties on imports from the UK (Including Olympvs products). Please check your countries policies on this as they are different for each state.

We fulfil all orders from our warehouse in Lancashire, United Kingdom (UK).

Olympvs Offers Free UK Exchanges & Returns

We do not cover the costs of international returns at this time* 

We offer free UK exchanges & returns

UK: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer free UK returns and exchanges. Please see the procedure for this below.

Rest Of World: At this time we do not offer free returns and exchanges from the rest of the world. Any costs and duties incurred with returns will solely be your responsibility. Please make sure you fill out any customs forms correctly and mark the order as returned items on the customs form. This will avoid duties as they re-enter the UK. 

Please note all items must be unworn, unwashed and have all labels intact and on the garment – re-sale ready. Items which do not meet these requirements are not eligible for a full refund/exchange.

UK Returns Procedure

1. Complete Return Information

Please use the original packing slip as the return form, and make sure to include on this form which products you would like to return/exchange, so our fulfilment partner knows how to process the order.
If you’ve misplaced the packing slip, please fill out our [return form here]. Please make sure you have filled out the form completely for a seamless return and so our fulfilment partner can identify your order easily.

2. Print Returns Label

Head to our [returns portal here] and follow the direction on the page. Download and print your label and attach it to the outside of your package. 

3. Post

Send us your parcel from your local Post Office and please request a proof of postage. This is essential on the off chance your package goes missing. Locate your nearest Post Office branch for an easy return [here]

4. Aftercare: Exchange

If you would like an exchange, please take another look at our [size guide] and tell us which size you would like on your return form. Once we have your item(s), please allow up to 5-7 working days for us to process your refund/exchange. We can only exchange items if they’re in stock. You’ll get a confirmation email once your exchange is dispatched. 

5. Aftercare: Refund

If you request a refund this will take 5-10 working days to process once we have received the products in fully re-saleable condition. You shall receive an update email once your refund has been sent, or if we need to clarify any details. Please keep an eye on your emails at this stage. 

US, European & International Customers  

Olympvs doesn’t currently cover the costs of international returns.

Seasonal Updates 

BLACKOUT WEEK BUNDLE DEAL RETURNS

If you request a refund on an item which means you no longer qualify for a bundle deal, you will be refunded the discounted price of the item.

Your order will be recalculated, dependant on what you have kept. This will be re-calculated given the offers and prices available at the time of sale.

For example, if you spend £200 during the sale and qualify for the £10 off discount, then returned £100 worth of goods, you would have to pay up to the sale price of the goods you kept. In this case, you would no longer qualify for the £10 discount.

3 FOR 2 MUSCLE TEE BUNDLE RETURNS

If you use the 3 for the price of 2 offer when you order our Muscle Tees, then choose to return part of your order for a refund, your order will be refunded up to the price of the items you’ve kept at RRP. Refund amount will be calculated on the item’s price at the time of sale.

COVID-19 UPDATE: EXTENDED 60 DAY RETURN PERIOD // DELAY IN PROCESSING RETURNS

Shipping: Our warehouse is shipping products out as usual and on time. We are taking extra precautions around this period for staff and to make sure packages are ok. 

Return Period: We also have an extended return/exchange period of 60 days. This is to ensure you have time to return items. 

Returns Timeframe: There are currently delays with processed refunds at our warehouse partner.  This is due to the increase in online orders during Covid, mixed with a massive uptick in demand as we share services at a fulfilment centre, and the necessity for social distancing at work. Please allow us more time to process refunds during this time. We are always at hand if you have any queries on your return.
